"ATLA is a literary project founded in 2019. 
It is an enquiry into the practice of creating text.
It is a writer’s residency located in Seyðisfjörður on the East Coast of Iceland.

 

The residency is an opportunity to deepen oneself in different writing projects: fiction and non-fiction, translations, poetry and outside category. The residents self-organise and manage their own time, but we do encourage collective sharings and meetings for support and mutual inspiration."
